About the Founder
Trisha Reddy started Pathway Prep after helping countless peers polish personal statements, resumes, and supplemental essays. She attended the University of Maryland on scholarship as a student in the Integrated Life Sciences Honors College. Now a dental student at UNC Chapel Hill, she brings firsthand experience with competitive application processes—and the clarity, strategy, and storytelling skills that lead to real results.
As a first-generation American, student mentor, and experienced editor, Trisha offers a personalized and empowering approach grounded in each student’s unique path. Under her guidance, Pathway Prep has helped students gain admission to top programs such as Columbia, the University of Pennsylvania, UCLA, and more.
